I chose this set because I expected the lid to fit both the wok and the large skillet, in order to use the large skillet as a saute pan. According to Amazon's product info, both are 11.2". However, they are NOT the same size and the lid only fits the wok and not the large skillet. The info that comes attached to the skillet even says it is 12" and the wok info says 11.2". There is no way to even try to make the lid work on the skillet. I am annoyed by the inference in the product info that the lid would fit both items as they are all 3 listed as 11.2". I don't want others to make the same mistake I did.
If I'd known this, I'd likely have just gone with the single 8" skillet and found other options for a covered saute pan that would double as a skillet. Especially since the wok doesn't have sides that are as tall as a typical wok, so I'm not sure how well it will work as a wok, but the bottom isn't very wide so it's not going to make a great saute pan.
I just received this set tonight so have not used them yet. I will try to revise this review to include that info once I've used them for awhile. First impression is that they seem sturdy enough and come with info about how to use them to cook and how to season and re-season them, which is a simple process.
(And, for people looking for this info, the company is based in Australia and the pans are made in Korea.)

I buy everything from amazon and have never written a review. This pan is just so fantastic, I cannot believe it.FINALLY! Stainless sticks, cast iron is a pain. Most pans flake teflon or leach aluminum. This pan is perfect. The first thing I made was grilled cheese sandwiches. They just slid around in the pan without sticking at all. I rinsed it with hot water. I didn't even have to scrub. Best of all, I knew I wasn't eating poison! Buy it. Love it.

These are nice and sturdy, and like the previous posters said, retain heat very well. As a matter of fact, I now use 25-30% less electricity cooking with these pans.
Couple of observations
- the pan's bottom is not smooth rather a honeycomb pattern, a bit harder to clean than a smooth bottom.
- the lid size is non-standard, and a bit to get a replacement
- on the user instruction card it came with states that the non-sticking performance will deteriorate over time, didn't mention how long. It sounded like it will still work as a ceramic pan after the non-stick goes away.
A good buy at this price, and a great buy at Woot's price.

These pans are amazing. Nothing sticks to them. They are easy to clean. They conduct heat like no other I have used. Best of all, there is no plastic or Teflon coating to off-gas into your food and kitchen, possibly adversely affecting your health and the health of your pet bird.

I got this from WOOT hot deal of the day for like $65?
I hopped on amazon real quick, checked out the price of it.. it's pretty pricey and noticed it was a great deal so I jumped on it without expectations..

best. pans. ever!
I'm not going to repeat what everyone else has said, nothing sticks to it, no toxic fumes, no teflon flakes, etc etc..
the best thing about these pans?!
they are LIGHTWEIGHT.. they hold and retain heat amazingly which leads to a great cooking experience and unbelievably good tasting food but it doesn't have the heavyweight of cast iron or your cast-iron enamel pans, etc..
seriously, best pans ever and the only thing I use now :) the Wok, the omellete pan and the fry pan covers anything you'd want to make really :)
update: 02-21-09, knocked it down from 5* to 4* simply because it is not oven safe :( that's the only drawback thus far.. I did email safepan and they confirmed that it is not oven safe, they do have upcoming models which will be but these are not. :) otherwise.. best. pans. ever!
