I am so happy with these pie pans that I would like a couple more sets of them. They are a good single size serving pan. I like to bake and have no one to bake for. So with these pans I can make a serving for now and freeze the others for latter. This way I am not tempted to eat more than I need to, just because it will go to waste if I don't.

I loved making the baby pies. Since my girls don't like pie, the smaller versions were perfect for my husband and me. We ate one and freezed the rest and then had homemade pie when we wanted.

These are great little pans for pot pies, small tarts, etc. We are empty nesters, so I just make pies, eat what we want and freeze the rest for later. Non-stick is always a bonus too.

I bought these for making up individual pot pies to keep in the freezer for future use. They're a nice size for this, and really are non-stick. I bought two sets so I could make up 8 pies at a time. One good feature is that pies can be frozen in the pans and then popped out to have the pans ready to make the next batch before all the frozen ones are gone. When reheating (in the microwave) I place the individual pies in individual microwaveable serving bowls.
