Looks good out of the box. Once you actually use the cookware it is apparent that the nonstick surface is pitted and comes off during normal use. I have used these pans daily for four months now. As another reviewer noted, 'do not' use your fingernail to remove what appears to be food residue. It is the non-stick coating which pits, bubbles and comes off. I noticed a few flaws when it arrived and with use, only using nylon or wooden utensils, those areas increased. I headed the warnings of dishwasher cleaning and have only gently hand washed my cookware set. It doesn't seem to prevent the deterioration of the set. I can see where the non-stick surface has wear marks from my utensils.
The outer surface is beautiful as well until you actually use it. Three of the pans now have a golden haze. I am assuming the metal has tempered and discolored with use on my gas stove. I reduced my cooking temperatures up to half the usual settings, as recommended. I own, for fifteen years, a smaller set of Cuisinart Chef's Classic pans and they have not discolored this same way. Both are rated oven safe to 500 degrees F. I haven't noticed any external scratches as I store them on a hanging rack.
For the positives, they really do heat up quickly and maintain even temperatures while cooking. The sizes are great for my family. Clean up is effortless. If they held up to the stated expectation I would give them five stars. They don't live up to the 'Product Description' unfortunately. For the price I paid, $140 for 12 pieces, the value is there. To get a more durable set of cookware you must pay more. I was looking for a daily-use set of non-stick stainless steel pots and pans and that is what I have. I think the 'Product Description' should be changed a bit to more resemble their true durability.
When reading other reviews, see how long the user has cooked with this set before deciding if it is right for you. I also would have looked more closely to what the reviewer was cooking with before purchasing this set. I have always liked my Cuisinart Classic pans and I am used to their standard of quality. This cookware is a level below that and I was expecting it to surpass my old pans by the description.

I was so scared to buy this set becasue most dishwasher safe non stick cookware is so expensive. I am so happy I took the chance. These pots are awesome! I cook in them just about everyday. They have all been through the dishwasher several times with no problem. They are still as beautiful and functional as the day I took them out of the box.

My purchase of a ceramic cooktop spawned the requirement for a change in cookware since my current cookware was not a flat surface as recommended. The Cuisinart with non stick interior has been everything I expected and more. It is a perfect mate for the cooktop.

I've only had the product for a month, but so far, I've really enjoyed using my new cookware. They have a nice weight to them and they are extremely easy to clean. I wash and dry by hand, and I do not stack them on top of one another. I wasn't sure what to think about cooking on such low temperatures (I've never had cookware before that required this), but everything cooks evenly and efficiently. Nice investment!
