My purchase of a ceramic cooktop spawned the requirement for a change in cookware since my current cookware was not a flat surface as recommended. The Cuisinart with non stick interior has been everything I expected and more. It is a perfect mate for the cooktop.

I've only had the product for a month, but so far, I've really enjoyed using my new cookware. They have a nice weight to them and they are extremely easy to clean. I wash and dry by hand, and I do not stack them on top of one another. I wasn't sure what to think about cooking on such low temperatures (I've never had cookware before that required this), but everything cooks evenly and efficiently. Nice investment!

Purchased this set 11 months ago from amazon. 3 pans have failing non-stick coating.The other 4 pans I didn't really use. The large stockpot failed within the 1st month. I was hand washing the pot and I noticed a "spot" on the bottom inside, thinking I missed a spot I used my nail to scrape it off. The "spot" became larger. Yes nice silver metal NOT black nonstick. Called Cuisinart they said it needed to be inspected to see if its covered under warranty. I pay for shipping both ways. 2 more pans have since show peeling of the non-stick. I have 2 much older T-Fal non-stick pans, more heavily used, no problems. So needless to say I am highly disappointed and regret this purchase.
