We received a set similar to this for our wedding over 11 years ago. About 8 or 9 years later, we noticed that the bottom was flaking on the large saute pan. When I looked at the website, I noticed that in the care instructions it advised not to use non-stick cooking spray (which we had used for one specific recipe). This specific instruction was not included in our original care information. I contacted the company with this issue, as the cookware comes with a 10 year warranty, and they asked us to send back the pan for inspection. Not long afterward (a week or so?) they sent us a brand new saute from this set as a replacement (as I said, our set was purchased years before and had been discontinued). Their responses were always efficient. The cookware is wonderful as well - easy to clean, cooks well - anyone who has cooked at my house and used this cookware has complimented me on it. The pieces that are now over 11 years old have held up quite well. And in a day when many large companies seem to be skimping in the customer service area, it's good to know that Analon stands behind their product and is looking out for their customers. Well worth the investment.

I bought this set, along with a few other pieces, for my wife for her birthday. Like any product, your opinion of it's quality is affected by where you were coming from previously. Our previous cookware was not very good, and this blows it out of the water. Cooks very evenly, heats quickly, clean-up is a snap. You can safely cook up to 500 degrees (F), which covers most cooking situations on the stovetop. If you need extreme high heat, then buy another pan for that purpose (can't be nonstick, and will be hard to clean!). Glass covers are great - Easy to see how food is cooking when covered. At this price the set is a great value, though it does need a few add-ons to be complete.

Purchased at an outstanding sale price of under $200. I am thrilled with this newer version of an Anolon set I had owned for a number of years. As always, I did extensive research first.

This is a great set, but there were 2 surprises: (1) it isn't dishwasher safe and (2) you can't use high heat. The dishwasher issue isn't a problem because it cleans up very easily by hand. The high heat issue is a problem because I can't sear meat or caramelize. There are two frying pans with the set, but they are pretty much useless. I am going to buy a frying pan that can be used with high heat

The pots seem to be great.
The open fry pans are too small for the taper of the sides. They have a very small cooking surface unless you cook on the sides of your pans.
The lids have no venting which I have on a much less expensive set.
I have added larger pans to the 10 piece set that I bought in order to get a better selection of pans to feed more than 4 people. I think they would be fine for a small family or someone who simply heats things up.
I've only had them a couple weeks but the quality seems very good, the casting is heavier than last year and the teflon coating appears to be well done. Time will tell on teflon coating. The handles appear well attached and they are supposed to withstand up to 400 degrees which means, in my oven (which is brand new) you would have to set the heat at 350 or below.
At this point, I feel pretty good about the buy.
