This cookware is amazing - sooo easy to clean, even with sticky oatmeal, rinse and wipe residue with a paper towel or dish cloth... I want to keep the finish like new so wash pans by hand (lids do well in the dishwasher). Skillet cooks the best southern fried chicken around. I had the large two handle 12" pan for stove top and oven use and it made a believer out of me so purchased this set for my Christmas present to me. I have not been disappointed at all.

I received this set as a wedding gift. I've been using the pieces for a couple months now, and, so far, I really like them. They seem to heat well and evenly. I've used every pot and pan at least once - the sizes are good for a variety of recipes. The nonstick finish works very well - I notice that I use much less oil when cooking with the pans.
My only complaint is that the nonstick finish scratches very easily - even when stirring with a silicone spoon. The finish does not appear to be compromised, but it is a little disconcerting to notice fine scratches on your brand new cookware set.
Otherwise, they've been great!

Hello All,
I was so excited when I purchased this cookware. I threw out all of my old stuff and began to purchase additional pieces. It cooks well, but everything scratches..I mean everything. Food, silicone spatulas..I never used wooden spoons, not even the coated type, nor did I use a scotch pad, scrubber brush or metal utensils. The outside coating seems to be doing well, and like I said before it cooks great, but I anticipate the non-stick to not hold up for a long period of time since it scratches so easily and I am sure will begin to peel away next. The inside of my pots look AWFUL..More like spiderwebbing, or Freddy Kruger scoured the pans. You you would never think this cookware to be NEW if you looked inside the pans.
Corey at Cuisinart wanted me to send it back to Amazon since I was so unhappy, but Amazon is a seller, not manufacturer...He even tried to trick me into admitting fault by saying things like I notice my pans scratch when I cook with a metal utensil, or clean with a scrubber pad. Oh, this totally irritated me.
So Now I have to send back the entire set with money and wait 6 weeks for them to decide whether its a defect on their side or consumer error. Thus meaning I will have nothing to cook on for almost two months, and this is a holiday season.
Since this incident, I have started purchasing Calphalon, and may never ever go back to Cuisinart again.
